Tribute to Uncle Tofu

Isn't this such a sweet tribute to Uncle Tofu?

It was placed at his usual hawking site just outside Chung Hau village.

I must say I miss his tofu fah. It was my favourite tea time snack during the weekends.

Uncle Tofu will be missed.
