I hadn't seen my favorite tofu fah uncle for the longest time. But many weekends had been rainy so I thought he's just decided not to hawk his beancurd dessert at his usual Chung Hau village spot.So I was saddened to read about his death in Lantau Link.
Goodbye, Uncle Tofu. I will always remember you for your jovial smile, your extra ginger sugar and your incredulous look when I asked you for a phone number I could call to order in bulk.
